And Michelle, I know what you mean. The slow cooker can be so fast and easy as far as prep. I just need to think ahead with a slow cooker.
The toaster oven is cool. Open-faced sandwiches are yummy. Somehow, when you melt some Jack cheese on turky or roast beef, it turns a cold sandwich into a hot knife-and-fork meal.
Anyone have any other great little cooking appliances?
