Angels are NOT there for everyone. If you are an enemy of God (i.e. a non believer) then God does not send His angels to help you. You are either on God's side or satan's. God doesn't send His angels to help His enemies. The Bible says, " The prayers of a righteous man availeth much." The "righteous" being those who serve God. The dark entity I was referring to was a demon. He entered the house and left it without opening or closing any doors or windows. My wife came under attack by the enemy because she had switched sides and satan tries to keep his own. There are no "guides". There are angels and demons. Depending on which side you are on will determine which one contacts you. Satan is also a being of light so be careful. The enemy lies.

Just to reassure people here. The angelic realm is known in many belief systems not just Christianity- pictures of great winged beings have been found in ancient art works that long predate Christianity. I am not a Christian, but I have worked with angels and I know the difference very clearly between good and evil. I am not 'against God' quite the opposite, and Satanism is another topic entirely!

Once more the test is always how does this being feel- is it full of unconditional love? If the essence is not of love then you would be right to be wary.

I'm sure that Texas Dave will not agree with me & I'm not going to get dragged into another argument- I hate arguments- that really is the work of the 'other side', so I'll leave this discussion at this point. If anyone has any further questions they need to ask me about anything I've said please post on my New Age forum or private message me.

Angelic beings pre-date Christianity because God pre-dates Christianity. The Bible says clearly if you do not accept the Son, you do not accept the Father. Jesus and the Father are one. John 8:30. If you do not serve the Father then by default you serve satan. You only serve good OR evil. God is good satan is evil. Simple. Only two choices. Arguments are not bad. They are a means of persuasion that can be for good or bad. When I argue my case for God I am not angry because I do not get offended. You can say nothing that will offend me. Want that kind of strength? Listen to what I say and heed it.

I guess I don't notice them all the time, just once in awhile. I don't feel threatened, but maybe a little more confused or surprised. I guess it's kinda like ... they are just there. I'm not quite sure to be honest.

I keep getting the feeling that whatever it was, was responding to your strong emotions. You said you were talking to you dad and crying and quite distraught over some upcoming decisions - and then it seemed to be right there next to you larger than before.

It's almost as if it "felt" the fact that you were upset and was drawn to you. My two youngest children are like that with me - I think we still have that mother/child bond that comes from sharing a body for nine months. When I am extremely upset, they know it, even if I am in another room.

I am just unsure as to whether this "blob" was trying to comfort you, maybe. This is not really my area. <img src="/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> But those are just sort of the impressions I get from your descriptions. I would just be careful until you have a better "feeling" about this. My only real argument I've ever had with Lauren is over angelic presences, and it was about the fact that there are demonic presences, too. And they have no problem with lying and tricking you into believeing they are the good guys!

I don't agree with Dave in that Angels only appear to the saved, i'm pretty sure there are passages in the Bible where God used some Angels to shock some Light into some people (I'll have to do some looking up), so it could very well be a true Angel. But I don't believe these Visitations happen as often today as the tabloids would have us think. <img src="/images/graemlins/angel.gif" alt="" />

A few years ago I had some darkish orbs appear in one spot in my living room. I was curious about them, as I didn't get a bad feeling about them. I called a shaman friend of mine and she told me they were looking for some help. So, I did energy healing on them (I know that may sound a little weird) and then they left. Well, except for one. But it turned a violet with a darker center.

I do note that their dark color was not exactly a color, but more like a "lack" of color.

The violet one still pops in from time to time. My feeling is that they are explorers of some sort, and they travel from dimension to dimension. They don't mean any harm.

Annoint your house with oil and ask Christ to live in your home.

Miss Junebug, annoiting with oil...tho a commonly used practice in many religions and not just davids may not be a fix all if you dont believe in the means you are using to dispell your visitors if that is indeed what you decide to do. Make sure you research all your options before picking one. Personally with my mixed religiouus back ground Ive been known to mix and match pieces of ceremonies to fit my uses. Also dont let anyone bully you into something if you dont think that its not the right practice for you. Just because it is what someone believes in orthodoxly and works for them doesnt necessarily mean it will work for you my darling. In my experience Wendy dark shapes have been entities that need to be moved back to their own dimension. I call on my guides to help with this. It isn't necessarily a battle of light versus dark, sometimes it is more a feeling that these beings have strayed & need help to get back.

I was interested in what Deanna had to say about offering healing. I haven't tried this- I tend to just 'roll up my sleeves' and move them on, but from her experience this may be a beneficial approach too.

I think the best advice is to go with your gut reaction & intuition. Protect your aura before you start & call in your guides to help. If in doubt ask for help.

On a related subject I had to remove a spirit attachment from an elderly client yesterday. I don't normally mention when I do this as I don't want to frighten people. After the session she sat up & said "Something left me". She'd seen a greeny yellow vapour leave through her mouth, a bit mucousy, like she'd been sick she said. As she's been feeling very low & depressed I'm hoping she'll pick up now.

Wendy is right on one point. If you don't believe in Jesus Christ, it won't work. However, if you give your life to Christ,it will work. Every time. God is the most powerful being in the universe, so what can stand against him? Give your life to Christ. God will drive the influence of darkness from your heart. Then annoint your house with oil and pray. God will drive the dark entities from your home. These entities have access to your home because they have access to your heart. Home is where the heart is.
