The Bare Escentuals powder base that I wear has great staying power and very minimal rub off. Maybe it has to do with the mineral base? I'm not sure.

If it's a powder base, I would say kind of...if you rub hard enough the oils from your hand will take it off. All liquids and creams will rub off.

There's Revlon Colorstay oil-free foundation that won't rub off! I haven't tried this so I can't comment about it...

Tried it and it made my skin look flawless the 1st time I put it on. And on the 2nd time it made my skin look like I had pigment skin! and it still rubbed off. It said it wont rub off durning normal activity. I wore it for about 3 hours and it still came off my face and on to my white shirt.

Jeannine is going to jump all over me when I say this but all foundation (liquid or creme), needs to be set with a powder so that it won't rub off or be absorbed by your skin. I'm not familiar as to how the Revlon ColorStay product works, but does it say anywhere on the packaging how to apply it? Does it say to set it with powder? Or does it just say to apply it and then to apply your makeup?

it doesnt say anywhere on the packaging how to apply it. it doesnt say to set it with powder. it also didnt it just say to apply it and then to apply your makeup. but I'll be 24 years on the 16th and I've been putting on makeup since I was 12 years old. And I never had this happen to me before but you are right you have to use the powder to set the foundation which makes the skin look rich but I just want one thing. I never just tried the powder. My mom taught me how to put foundation and then the powder. She use to sale mary kay and I always went to the meeting and I earned My rose for selling for my mom. I was like the youngest seller There. Sorry im rambling anyway I'll hear products that doesnt need powder and I'm like thats great but I should have known that powder is lighter then foundation dddduuuuuhhhh
