I'd love to have a deck under a porch in the backyard and be able to enjoy a cup of tea outdoors without getting wet (I'm in the UK as you may have guessed).

Add a second floor to my ranch home, they do it on this old house all the time make one stories into two stories. I love my house. It is just too small. A second story would make it the perfect house.

Definitely an outdoor entertaining area - as i would be fun for both us and the guests

This is a tough question for me, because I have a bunch of projects I'd love to do! I'd finish my basement, install wooden floors on the main level, add a deck, patio and a wraparound porch. Then I'd probably remodel my bathroom and kitchen and perhaps add a sunroom addition!

Currently, I'm focusing on painting, minor maintenance and dreaming about the bigger stuff!
