My passion is trees. Whenever I have a moment, I take photos of trees and get caught up in the beauty of them..

What about you?

Waterfalls!
Everykind of waterfall - from the huge majestic ones of Hawaii to the little trickly ones made by streams running through the woods. Something about the sound they make, the colors that bounce off of them, the cool breeze they produce; it's just so peaceful and awe-inspiring.
Note: I do NOT include Niagra Falls in this, mainly because there are just too many people, and it has become so commercialized, it almost doesn't seem like nature anymore!

Waterfalls are beautiful, I haven't seen too many of them though When I was young my mom and I took a trip to Yosemite but the memories are vague. Your descriptions sound so perfect and peaceful.

Conkers (hoarse chestnuts)

You can cook em, you can play with them, and you can, erm, play with them.

Hi, alicat, I love birds and trees, too. Birdwatching is one of my favorite hobbies, especially hummingbirds! Drawing and painting trees was one of my college passions. Firefly, catching fireflies was a favorite childhood memory! Michelle, I LOVE waterfalls! My husband and I honeymooned in the Poconos and saw the Bridal Falls and others and they were so cool! Nikki, this is a great topic and I love to take pictures of all my flowers (close ups & digital), but it is so HARD to have a favorite nature related passion...I could just go on and on.

This may sound silly but I just love having a yard period. I love the grass, trees, flowers, and gardens.
