How do you make pesto sauce? I have never tried to make it...sometimes I prefer it over other sauces when I am dining out..do you have a simple/easy recipe?
The last time I went to Greece was in late 1994 and the people there hibernate in November and it wasn't even that cold...lol
You can make the sauce in advance. Don't leave too long (more than a couple weeks) in the fridge. But, it's good on other things: mashed potatoes, vegetables, pizza, steak, etc.
This is actually a great sauce to make ahead and freeze.
