Paula, do you have any pasta recipes you would like to share with us?

How do you make pesto sauce? I have never tried to make it...sometimes I prefer it over other sauces when I am dining out..do you have a simple/easy recipe?

The last time I went to Greece was in late 1994 and the people there hibernate in November and it wasn't even that cold...lol

The Basic Pesto Sauce is very simple. This classic style is from Genoa. My youngest son loves this sauce on little shell pasta.

How long will this sauce last in the fridge...can I make this in advance?

You can make the sauce in advance. Don't leave too long (more than a couple weeks) in the fridge. But, it's good on other things: mashed potatoes, vegetables, pizza, steak, etc.

This is actually a great sauce to make ahead and freeze.
