What is your favorite chocolate? How often do you eat it?

I am VERY addicted to chocolate and probably eat more then I should, but I get very irritable if I don't get chocolate everyday...

I love all chocolates...but especially milk chocolate! So yummy....

I like extra-dark chocolate.... hardly any sweetness but an incredible burst of chocolate flavor. It's also good for you, you can't beat it!

I love milk chocolate and belgian chocolate...

I probably eat it 2-3 times a week...There's one called Cool and it's a belgian chocolate bar...I recommend it!
I also like Coffee Crisp...

I don't like white chocolate and I can only handle a bit of dark chocolate...

Hey Franny,

I have never heard of a chocolate called, Cool --
but, the name is truly inviting.

I'm going to try it.

Thanks.

Hi Vivki,

I'm sorry I made a mistake...lol...The chocolate bar I mentioned is actually called Zero...I had it today, first time in a long time and just realized it...In small letters it says Cool so that must have stayed in my mind...

Anyways, look for the name ZERO...

let me know, what you think...

There is nothing quite as good as Godiva chocolate. Since it is a bit pricey, I sometimes go to their website after holidays and they usually have a 50% off sale on the holiday boxes. The candy is still very fresh and what a great deal!

On the less expensive side, Ghirardelli is very good.

I like white chocolate but only if it is mixed in with something else such as chunks in cookies or cheesecake.

yum!!!

I'm a milk chocolate fan. There's a small local chocolatier near where I live. They make luscious little yummies, I try not to walk past them too often... lol...

I don't think you can beat a bit of easter egg*. I KNOW it's more expensive that way and...actually, I shouldn't really be thinking about buying easter eggs at all as I've got to pay to put a load of new windows in as the one's I've got here a rattling like a skelington (probably better get over to the DIY forum next) not that I've ever heard one but you know what I mean. Like a rattling sound. It's so cold here at the moment, I'm not lying, you could freeze a monkeys you know whatsits (sorry) with the draught from those rockies**. I'm pretty tough though (I'm not lying) so I'll weather this weather out. I could probably go nuddy and still not be cold like when I...anyway, forget all that. What were we talking about? Eggs, anyway, erm...what was I going to say? Oh never mind I'll go and see if I can find out how to fix my windows - unless anyone here is handy with a tool (and I don't mean that in a sexy way)

*chocalate eggs

I am a huge dark chocolate fan, but I also love semi-sweet. Yes, I eat chocolate chips out of the bag.

And I'm lucky, because I live in Germany, and between the Dutch, Belgians, and Swiss, I am surrounded by the best chocolate makers in the world. You would not imagine the chocolate flavors you can find here, particularly in Belgium. Violet flavored. Rose flavored. So unique and so soooo good.

I love chocolate. Dark or milk chocolate best but I'll eat any kind. My favorite brand is called DeBrand It is made here in northern Indiana but is shipped everywhere. After eating DeBrand chocolate, Godiva and the other brands just don't measure up.

Dark Chocolate Rasberry Filled is my favorite at DeBrand.

What are those chocolate sea-shells called? I like those, though I do come out in a bit of a spotty rash if I have too much, though it could be stress. That'd be better, hate to give up on the chocs! Can put up with the spots, the love-handles are growing a bit though, and, well, forget all that. I still look great. Chocolate's great isn't it? Stops me getting stressed. Lordy lordy it's cold again here today! But what I wanted to talk to you about was the chocolate sea-shells....what *are* they called?

Funny that I would find a thread like this on a baby (twins) forum. I own www.sweetdreamschocolates.com and I specialize in truffles. Maybe you all will have to give us a visit sometime.

Godiva has actually started making a sugar free chocolate - so I can still have my fix YEA!!!!!!!!

The dark chocolate is great (I was always a fan of the dark anyway, their key lime truffle was one of my favorites!)

But now I can only nibble at one little square of the bar. Of course I had always been told that if you get quality chocolate, your cravings will be satisfied much better than if you get low quality chocolate (like those yucky little eggs you get at Easter!)

BTW - Sonia, you may have come to us because of the "Twins" forum, but we have hundreds of topics! You are currnetly posting under "Food & Wine >> Chocolate". (Look at the upper left corner for the topic)
It takes a little getting used to at first.
