"why does society place this one women that we have to get married, have babies and then our lives will be fullfilled?"

I understand what you mean there. I suppose, in a big way, that the CF are rebels. I know I reject a lot of what mainstream society would have me do. It is unfair for a woman's worth to be determined by her reproductive ability or her family.

Lucky star, you have my sympathy...it sounds like you're not having a lot of fun right now. I suppose it's very stressful. Even though I don't like children, I stick up for the single mothers at my workplace for this very reason...they always seem so tired and drained.

I suppose all you can do is do your best...they say happiness is a choice, so we just have to accept our life situation and make the best of it. Some of us are CF by choice, some really want kids but can't have them, some have kids they don't want, some have kids they can't handle. None of us are prevented from seeking happiness, however. I suppose different things just make different people happy, and "boring" is different for everyone as well.

I completely understand how boring it could be. For a short time, when I wasn't thinking clearly and my sister had no child care I offered to watch her children in her home while she was at work.

OH BOY what a mistake!!! I was so incredibly bored it was all I could do not to fall asleep in front of the TV to pass the time. Everytime I would get settled into a book or think I had taken care of their every need something would come up..."Let's play this game." "I'm hungry again." "Can we...?" fill in the blank...

yes it is easy to get bored, seems like a kids needs are never ending, i cant count the number of times i would get into a tv program only to hear i want this or that, only to get interrupted again because they want something else, it can get quite irritating to say the least. i mean it is wrong to atleast want some "me" time and actually be able to enjoy it.
