Okay, here's a real long shot:

Quarry (as in excavating quarries produces lots of dust, so longterm quarryworkers might develop breathing problems...)

I think this is the next step I don't see a n in Asthma.

A for agony what the little child has to deal with. I was just up all night long with my 3 year old stepchild coughing gasping and vomiting so it is agony.
