Well, it looks like South Dakota and some other states will need to consider what they are going to do with the future surge of unwanted children as nearly all abortions (except for when the woman's life is in danger) have now been banned (rape/incest included in the ban).

It makes me sad to see this breach upon women's rights, not to mention more of the red vs. blue state [censored]. I don't think the people in SD really thought this through. This will be more of a burdon on the social workers and the adoption/foster care system. Hopefully SCOTUS will uphold its original decision. Until then, I hope women can cross the state line from SD to another state and seek abortions if they so choose.
