I actually like Gary, although I think once he was "outed" he should not have continued to deny it. Sure, he would have a chance of being voted off because he "doesn't need the money," but I personally would think it kind of arrogant of him if he thought his status as an ex-fb player made him more of a threat. I'd have more respect for him if he'd just come clean (I mean, the sportscaster chick *knows* who he is) and say "hey, I just wanted to play the game on my own merits, I hope you understand..."

Bottom line is credibility. If he winds up in the final two, the fact that he keeps denying it may be his downfall.

Physically, he may have an advantage, but I agree with you... Survivor is ultimately more of a mental and social game, and I think Gary does have a chance to win. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I like him too, but the person I root for never wins. I am bad luck sometimes. I didn't understand why they didn't let him throw the other night. They think he a footballer, then why not tested his skill to see? It should be interesting to see how he handles it later in the game.

Okay, I was rooting for him and he got voted off.(Happens every time) I was so happy to see him find the idol. I loved it when he told them that Judd was lying about the idol. It should be interesting to see what he says at the final show. He seems to still be in great shape. He is right about Steph running the show.
