A few years ago, someone recommended something called Barley Green for my allergies. The person had quite a testimonial and said that it worked miracles for her. I priced it, decided I couldn't afford it and forgot about it. Recently, someone else recommended a product called Super Greens for my lack of energy and pain from fibromyalgia. Again, it was expensive.
I did some research in the health food store and found a product called "Just Barley." At $9.99 for 40 servings, it's 1/3 the price of the others. Also, it contains only powdered organic barley juice.....the others had brown rice, wheat and all kinds of stuff. I didn't see any need for brown rice and wheat in a green food!
I've been using it for about two weeks, one serving per day. You're supposed to work up to two to avoid "rapid detox." <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Between my fibro and IBS, I am either constipated or running to the pot, and it has helped regulate that. I also do seem to have more energy, my allergies are not bothering me much at all despite the wind and the mold in Oklahoma, and our Burmese cat loves to lick the powder off my finger <img src="/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />
I'll try to keep you posted. It's available through many sources on the internet and is compared as being superior to the more expensive forms.
