Ha ha. Yup No sugar coating here! You know when I think about it - it's like I'm allergic to kids. I was just born this way. How about you guys? I mean just looking at a baby makes me have a reaction. And yes it's true having my own I've built up an immunity, so sometimes I don't get that reaction - But I still have it. Like NO I DO NOT WANT TO hold your baby - it's UGLY! I feel like a mean troll sometimes - but the truth is the truth. And I find myself faking it a lot with kids. Like I'm suppose to be nice. It's not the kid's fault that I'm allergic - is it? I mean for bad kids it's obvious no one likes that - I'm just saying even good kids -- Limited exposure please! Anyway, yes I have 2 kids and yes I love MY kids, but still I thought his whole attitude for kids in general would change - I've softened a great deal - But the allergy is still there.

I know what you mean by being allergic. Or I guess I just don't see what's so magical about it....the way some women talk about motherhood you think they invented it! Like NO OTHER WOMAN has ever had a baby...how can a miracle happen millions and millions of times?
I think they're is a lot of sugarcoating involved with motherhood...it's almost like a conspiracy. If anyone admitted they didn't like or it wasn't the end all be all of existence, there would be a lot less kids!

[color:"blue"] If anyone really knew what it was like, they would be running to the clinic to get sterilized!
I hear ya hello, when you said that you don't get all giddy with babies and kids. I don't. I hardly even tolerate the good kids. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one!
If motherhood doesn't interest you, don't do it. It didn't interest me, so I didn't do it. Anyway, I would have made a terrible parent. The first time my child didn't do what I wanted, I'd kill him." --Katherine Hepburn

The hardest part was when my friends started having kids. It's hard, having to fake interest. I can handle a little bit of talk, but not an entire evening's conversation on the subject. I just remember feeling like I'd been ditched. It's just really unfair, they have a kid so I lose a friend.

[color:"blue"] I hate having to fake interest. I just don't give a damn. Someone popping out a fucktrophy doesn't get me all giddy. Yeah, I hate it when they talk about nothing but babies for a while. How nauseating and degrading. If that is all they know to talk about, they aren't very intelligent, nor dot hey have much going on in their lives!
