aw, they sound great.
i just have one male - he was picked on by other guinea pigs, and he was given to me as a gift because he supposedly could not live with other pigs. sad since they are very social creatures.
he seems happy though ... i am constantly playing with him, and he just loves napping on my shoulder or lap. sort of reminds me of a cat, hah.
on the note of potty training, moo (his name, tai for 'pig') barely ever poops or pees on me. he did the first week, but now whenever i'm holding him he walks towards his cage in a hurry when he needs to go. it's cute, really.
