raytan. When I go to spain it is very hard to get past the olives and cheese. I don't know how ANYONE can mess up an olive but here in the States they manage to do it. I think we need a bunch of those Gitanos to come over here and teach people the proper way of preparing olives. It is amazing to see how many different types of fish there are and the many different ways there are to prepare it when you first visit Spain.
