am trying to follow a diet that I got but find it hard, when you speak of carbs how do you know what is in what, like a good friut salad, no pears?? what else is bad

I cannot find the Low carb counter I used to search answers on...so going off my bottle of ketchup in the fridge it indicates 4g of carbs...Cannot find a good site to look up or have a free carb counter....Glad to see you back on Lisa!!
