right now the supermarket's selling Atkins breakfast cereal for 1/2 the original price due to the fact that it's gonna expire soon.

i'm considering whether should I get it or not as I haven't had cereal for a while now for breakfast..

I'm really missing the cereal & especially the oatmeal!

On really cold days it was nice to have a hot bowl of oatmeal, and it really did fill me up. I may be able to get back to it in about a year or two, but that's a long way off. Right now I can barely get down a scrambled egg, so I do the protein shakes.

How many carbs do the ones you do have Lisa?

I am on Atkins - I love to eat omelet's in the morning. I make all different kinds. Sometimes I put a little franks hot sauce on it...

I love the EAS drinks as well. I did notice at Walmart they had the shakes very expensive in the grocery section of our store, but in the diet section they were much cheaper! So, you might want to double check where you shop. I'm paying just under $5 for a pack of 4.

I also like to make a BLT without the bun. I use lettuce to wrap up bacon, and tomato with mayo. YUM! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

My EAS shake is 2g of carbs per serving, so very low, and it really is filling for me. I rarely finish the whole thing.
