In dutch we've got K,K, and B

K = Koning (King)
K = Koningin (Queen)
B = Boer (the J)

now the J officially stands for Jack, hence BlackJack and such games but !

in dutch it's more easier to understand
you've got the king and queen really high cards and then you got the boer and boer means farmer.... so there <img src="/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
