Hi Ella,

Thistledown is lovely. Do you remember what filter you used to create the fluffy effect?

Wow, what gorgeous pics, guys! eek Almost makes me want to get into Paint Shop and such, although I'm hopelessly technically challenged. Is it easy to use?

It's not hard to learn and you have a lot of fun along the way. But it is addictive!

Paint Shop Pro has a free trial download -- give it a try.

Hi Janet...I hope you will try PSP...it is a fantastic programmme and well worth having for photo manipulation and creating your own work.
Cosmos is very clever, Diane...hope you got my email re your question above. My Denizens of the Deep has disappeared off of P1 ??Don't know why.
Here is today's offering...done in PSP7 and Repligator filter again...with lighting and contrast adapted. I call this one...Finding the Marie Celeste....

This is a different concept...
Background ...rocks, sea and sky..created in Terragen (thanks JuneK for the tip) ..cave made with Repligator filter (Pollock)then worked on in Psp 7 with the Smudge Tool and the fisherman painted on there too.

Hi Diane and Ella,

All of the work you have posted recently are captivating - excellent use of the various features in PSP and the Fractal program (I still need to find some time to "play" with this new program - I downloaded it after Diane suggested it but haven't had time to play).

This piece has a background from Terragen, photos of my daughter Ariana and my granddaughter, Natalia. The rendering was done in PhotoImpact and Photoshop. I call it Fey Summit.

Thanks Ella!

I really enjoy making backgrounds in Terragen - once you get the hang of it, it only takes a few hours to get a realistic looking landscape.

I was going for a "Lord of the Rings" background look here. The photo of my two girls reminded me so much of fey that I just had to put wings, etc. on them.

This was really fun and Ari loved it! She also has a newborn little prince now, Damien - I will have to do something magical with him too!

Thanks for your feedback, Ella!!!

June, I found this site only a few hours ago, l was only looking for a game of 'hangman' to play, and I've been totally engrosed with so much that is on the "Bella" site for hours. I just found this part of the site, and loved the work you did with the picture of yourself and your daughter. I'm a PSP addict, and just love trying new things. I push alllll the buttons and hope for the best, lol. Your picture inspired me to try something new. It's beautiful.
Bernadette.........
