I may know, intellectually, when I'm pushing myself too hard, but once I get a momentum up, it's hard to stop. Illness, for me, provides the interruption that I need to really take stock of my priorities, why I do what I do, etc. Although I'm still not out of the woods, I'm very thankful for the lesson and reminder!

As far as the Healings Cards...well, as I said in my review, I didn't find them particularly healing. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> However, the Abraham-Hicks cards are!
