Hi Rae! I've been wanting to stop by your site, actually! How synchronous.

Agrimony happens to my "constitutional" Essence. Boy, did I have a major "healing crisis"/reaction when I first took it! I'm probably due for another top off, actually...

I'm in the process of completely re-vamping my Categories and subjects, and just added links to the Flower and Vibrational Essences Category within the few days. http://newage.bellaonline.com/subjects/3785.asp That should give you LOTS of information!

I've taken Wild Oat at a few points in my life when I was trying to clear some stuff and refocus my direction. And I've used Rescue Remedy on several high-stress occasions with much success.

I probably need to relook at a few things and see what is appropriate for now.

I use Wild Oat once in awhile, myself. It was really good for clearing myself out a fuzzy "what am I doing with my life" type of thing.
