That's true, Sarah! From what I've read, they will be filming beginning this month, and I seem to remember the Bachelorette always airing in January. I will definitely be watching this one!

How exciting. Jenn is so sweet. I would have liked to see Gwen from the early days as the Bachelorette too. I wonder what she is up to now.

I been trying to remember Gwen's name for a while now. I my eyes I still think she is the girl who should have been chosen over Helene. In the mist of all the crazy and conniving women they have on the show, I always have my favorites. Jenn was one of them.

I hope Jenn's turn at the Bachelorette is not as terrible as the second season.

I cannot even remember the woman's name. She let the super nice guy go and ended up getting the weirdest proposal I have ever heard of! Now, what was her name? Short black hair. What was his name for that matter?

Last season's bachelorette name was Meredith. And she chose Ian. The scheduled to get married sometime next year.

I am so excited that Jenn is going to be the next bachelorette! She is really cute. Did you hear that she dated Bill from the Apprentice? One of my friends told me that but I'm not sure if its true.

She did date Bill. They went on about 4 dates and she decided that he reminded her too much of Firestone. I think he is going to be OK a few weeks later he was seen snuggled up with Amy from the Apprentice. I also heard Jen got to keep the 2-carat diamond ring from her 10 month engagement with Firestone.

Since his breakup with Jen, Firestone has been seen out a few times with Tina Faboulous. I still don't think she is the right girl for him.

Andrew and Jen were really cute together (definitely better than Tina Fabulous!) - I was sad to hear they broke up.

Did Bill and Amy really hook up? I thought something was up with Amy and Nick from the Apprentice.

Jen and Bill. Andrew and Tina Fabulous. Bill and Amy? Oh my goodness gracious! I think I agree that the Tina - Andrew combination seems the least likely match made in heaven.

Seems like there is now an exculsive social circle emerging from the ex-contestants of these high-profile reality shows.

I know there is an apartment complex here in L.A. where all the younger ex-reality contestants move to in order to pursue fame and fortune - Real World, Road Rules, Survivor etc. Not sure where it is though.

It seems like with all this post reality show bonding, people go on these shows to meet their life partner.... after the show is over.

I wonder where this apartment complex is... Seems like someone would have already tried to make a reality show about that! LOL! Real World meets Melrose place...

Seriously, I would watch that too!

I would definitely include the Bachelor's Bob, Real World's Trishelle, and Amy and Nick from the Apprentice!

I can't believe you want to include Trishelle she has tried to sleep with everybody on what ever show she is on. When she was on Surreal Life she almost slept with Andy Dick for goodness sake! LOL

The newest Bachelor, Byron vioces his opinion to TV guide.

While Velvick doesn't exactly say no to a possible televised wedding, he sounds reluctant, and is quick to point out that his maybe-bride-to-be is no Trista Rehn. "I don't see her as seeking the limelight or promoting the hell out of herself," he says. "There were girls like that on the show. They didn't last very long."

Trista was one of my favorite bachelorettes and in my opinion I do not believe she promoted the hell out of herself. She just got alot of publicity becuase she was one the first people who went on the show and actually got married. She's been offered deals to do a newlywed type reality show and turned it down. I just don't like the fact that he is looking down on her for the same thing he is considering.

I never said she wasn't trashy, just that she is entertaining... LOL! That girl would sleep with anything that moves. They call her "Trashelle" for a reason

I agree - Trista was one of my favorite reality TV characters of all times. I would never fault her for accepting an offer to have a beautiful (and free) wedding, just because it was on TV. I personally don't like Byron all that much and I really liked Trista and Ryan.

Well, I don't think I would be a perfect match for Byron either. Because if you offered me a free wedding I would take it. Promote the hell out of me on TV. DO you know how much weddings cost?

Trashelle...I love it. Trashy is so entertaining and I have to agree and say Trista was more then likey promoted that way by the producers to market the show rather then her promoting herself.

The preveiws of episodes to come look really good. I'm already wondering what the guy did to cause 6 policemen to line up outside.

Anyone see the 2 hour premiere of the Bachelorette? It's in New York now.

Any thoughts on the guys that were there? All I'm wondering about is what happens with the guy asking to get to the Empire State Building without money and the guy the police come after!!!

Hello

The Bachelorette was on again tonight! She had to give out 7 roses at the end of the show, leaving 8 remaining to "pick her husband from!" She keeps repeating that ..... same as Byron did about a wife! Must be part of the show!

Honestly, for ME, I don't see a Husband in the Group!

Where does Gossip go for these shows? Can it be posted here or no?

Have you noticed Fabrice? That's all....

eek

Of course you can gossip!
What about the guy who asked for her autograph; someone wants to just be seen on T.V.

It cracks me up win people go on these shows and fall in love in one episode. Why give away family heirlooms and you probably won't even be picked.

As you will get to know me, I am big on music. Recently I found out about the Jan 31st episode. The guy that plays along side Kevin Spacey in Beyond the Sea is playing a private show at the Lincoln Center. I think he should be the one chosen! Here is his website:

Fabrice Quits Bachelorette Amid Rumors

Tuesday Feb 01, 2005 2:55pm EST
By Cynthia Wang and Stephen M. Silverman

After weeks of hype, seemingly suave Bachelorette contestant Fabrice Le Parc finally made his "shocking announcement" (as ABC promised) on Monday night's installment of the reality romance.

Though rumors spread that he might come clean about everything from his sexual orientation to his real job (some reports claimed he's an actor, not a "real-estate investor"), Fabrice broke the "big news" to Jen Schefft: He just didn't want to be her groom.

"We all came here looking for love," he told her prior to Monday night's rose ceremony, "but right now, I don't feel that there is this kind of passion between us ... I don't think it's here or that it's ever going to be here."

With that, he voluntarily quit the show.

ABC had been promoting Le Parc's announcement for weeks and at the same time, the Internet was abuzz with tales about Fabrice's purported life outside the show. Web sites unearthed a headshot and screen credits (such as 4 Secondes de Chute Libre) for Fabrice's career as an actor.

Le Parc nicknamed "Frenchy" behind his back, for his continental swagger also was revealed to have posted shirtless photos of himself on the gay community boards of ChicagoPride.com and BigMuscle.com. Meanwhile, Le Parc previously appeared on a "straight" reality show in France called Operation Seduction, in which he and three other men sailed the Caribbean with a boatful of beautiful women in a quest to find the sexiest girl.

ABC and producers aren't commenting on Le Parc or details of his personal life, but they add that Fabrice will get a chance to have his say on Feb. 21, when The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All airs. The special will feature Jen and all of the kicked-off suitors discussing what happened behind the scenes.

Either way, it was clear Fabrice and Jen weren't meant to be. Following Monday night's ceremony, Schefft said she wasn't planning to keep him around anyway.

"I actually think it was a good decision on his part, and we both knew by this point that there wasn't anything between us, but it was certainly dramatic," Schefft wrote in her online diary, which is posted on ABC's Web site. "As he was saying this to me, he kept creeping closer and closer. I didn't know whether to laugh or act like I was really upset. I ended up just standing there and listened to his little speech, trying not to laugh. It was certainly an awkward moment."
