I don't have any favorite horror movie...I liked Resident Evil, though.

Exorcist - grossed me out completely

Alien - made that fear of under the bed or the dark closet new all over again

Jaws - hey, i was 10 when this came out, it was biologically impossible not to be scared

cheesiest horror movie that scared me - Tourist Trap with Chuck Connors - the scene where he plasters over that girls face while talking to her does me in to this day. the rest isn't so scary, but that one bit... eek

Okay, time to sound really stupid here...

When I was little, the first movie I remember having nightmares about was Star Wars! It was also my first trip to the drive-in, lol.

My ex-husband was a horror buff...we were always watching the Friday the 13ths and Halloweens and the occassional Elm Streets so after that horrorfying marriage, lol, it was hard to top my horror movie list with anything really scary.

Grossest as to date: The Cell (Yuck!)

My favorite is Candyman..I found it very scary. I also liked the first Nightmare on Elm Street and the first Friday the 13th. I just saw Jeepers Creepers for the first time. It was different. The ending was interesting but I didn't find it scary at all.
