Just to chime in, gambling is considered a sin in most countries and is strictly regulated. I have to go state to state in the US and get separate permission from EVERY SINGLE STATE in order to allow their residents to enter our sweepstakes. It gets even nastier when you try to do cross-country legal work. It took me months of work to get the UK to approve our sweepstakes. I just don't have enough time to go through that with every single country so I work on them one at a time. I'm working on Canada right now, and even with Canada I literally have to talk to every province separately because they each have their own gaming commission.
