Hi! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I understand your problem perfectly well. I'm constantly hunting books and surfing the Net, looking for new spreads to diversify my work with the cards and provide clearer answers to various types of questions. Here's a link to a cool website that I've discovered. It has a lot of spreads, which you can print out and try for yourself.

Hope this helps, <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
Good luck! queen

Welcome Candy Floss!

You bring up a good point about using any system for self-discovery, divination, etc. It is important to have a variety in our lives, whether it be for physical growth and development, mental stimulation, emotional maturity, or spiritual discovery. The tarot is but one tool that we can use. In the case of divination, I personally use tarot, astrology, rune, my crystal ball, meditation, alpha reveries, and journaling to discover meaning and messages. The most important "tool" though is my own intuition and connection to Spirit - allowing myself to open up my chakras, my energy (prana, chi, essence) and be a conduit for spiritual messages from the Higher Self. This is a much more reliable and accurate source than our logical and even our intuitive minds.

May I ask which deck you use for your readings? Having a variety of decks is a useful strategy as well.

I have begun to offer a feature on the Tarot channel featuring specific tarot spreads as a tutorial which includes examples and a practice component with a special forum discussion for each spread. You might be interested in checking this section out at:
