Hello,
am new on bella and this is actually my first post.
I want to get started on writing a script and the ideas just keep flooding my head but i dont know how or where to start from!
I have the whole plot,summary written down but am just trying to scribble down what i think might become a script though i know am just writing rubbish at the moment.
Is there any script writer here?how do i get started?How did YOU get started?

No I am not a script writer but a bit of help is at hand if you are prepared to go for a walk to your local library or bookshop, David Trottier, The Screenwriter's Bible published by Silman James Press Los Angeles, I am trying to acquire the same art. Also you could try Writer's News,subscribe to it but scan at your local library or make some enquiries if they can obtain you a backcopy.Usually has a section on screenwriting. Davis, R. Developing Characters for Script Writing. Also try and enquire if there are any part time courses where you can learn. There are more chances in the US where it is film mad if you forgive me Enquire about software too that might make your job easier. Nothing too technical to start off with, simpler, the better. I do hope that this has given you some help and pointers to start you off on an interesting career
