Hi Diane,

Well I own Dreamweaver but I have to confess that I do all my html coding by hand. I will convert a file to a Dreamweaver one for a client if that is the way they want to maintain a site I create for them though.

I love the control I feel when I code it by hand. I find editors frustrate me - I feel boxed in.

Hi June,

OH I know what you mean. I love to code by hand. I find it takes longer to learn how to use the HTML editors than it does to code it yourself. And you have so much more control. I use an old copy of 1st Page 2000 just to view the pages as I code them.

Diane

I like coding by hand as well. I worked hard to learn html so I know if I become comfortable with pressing buttons then I'll start forgetting the format. I've used Coffee Cup editor for years and like the company that puts it out.

Yes, Coffee Cup has some great, user-friendly software.
