some enemies don't have MP, so you can't use osmose to drain it from them

This might be a dumb question but where is omega ruins/Omega Dungeon?

I just got into Sin, and I dun want to move on untill I pump up my character stats, and I havent done the side quests yet.

Is it better for me to just stay around Sin's opening to pump up stats, or do the side quests first, or theres another place with Fiends that give more AP? (not TOO strong like the dark aeons and monster arena, but I have no problem at all handling the ones around Sin's opening)

Ummmmm, you have to search for omega ruins on the airship.

just go into the search menu when you talk to Cid and click around...can't remember where abouts the ruins are on the map though...maybe try around the east area first?
