Ok, so Im at the end of FFX and Im doing some last minute things....getting anima/magus sisters, celestial weapons, etc...and I stumble across the Omega Dungeon and I barely survived...Those fiends are tough as hell. Is there something significant to achieve in there? They were talking about this omega traitor or something. Is it worthwhile to go looking for this thing or what? Because Im sure Im gonna get my [censored] kicked a lot before defeating it.
So is it worth the trouble?

that is a great place to level up, keep fighting by the savepoint and you'll be much stronger after a while, and yes, If I remeber correctly there are important things to do there, I believe there are fiends you can catch only there as well...

watch out for the greater marbrolo, they have a tendancy to ambush you and bad breath your entire party, leaving you to helplessy watch your ewntire party kill each other. to avoid this, equip tidus with a first strike weapon, and flee, or do the same with yuna and summon any aeon, since there immune to all status effects. i cant tell you how many times i lost a good hour of leveling up to those bastards.

just make sure you have auron with his celestial weapon in the initial party (it has first strike), that way you dont need to waste other characters with weak weapons.
and when you do encounter a great malboro without ribbons or other protection you can flee

Ok, so basically get the celestial weapons and do everything (except fight sin) before going back there.

There are some Al Bhed primers in there to that you need to look for. But like they said, it is a great place to level up

Yeah there is alot of stuff 2 be dun there! The omega traitor u mentioned.....u fite him twice...1st time is easy just attck like crazy, second time round watch yoself..he has 1million hp and you can learn the best ronso rage for kimahri - Nova. But dont think thats the hardest thing. If you have the darks aeons in ur game, the hardest has 8million so that would be anima..then theres the biggee penance..im working my way to that now....u gotta max ur stats out 2 beat all in the game to be short.

Ok i guess u aint got the international version of ffx. I hear penance is the most powerful enemy in that version. thats the 1 i got. After beating the dark aeons you gotta fite penance..i think gerbill the gaming host told me.
