yes,

im missing tonberry, but i think i tried to capture him and it said i couldnt, maybe not, could you please tell me a good place to look for him in the cave? thanks!

lol...there is a good spot..but hes still a rare mo fo...when you get to the telepad go to one of the side rooms..i forgot what side..either left or right but in one of the room its green...and there should be some tonberry encounter..but you have to be patient..there hard to come by

The best place to find the tonberry is in the first room that goes off to right side of the cavern. At the far side of this room there should be a small area you can go in where you will actually be off of the mini-map. In this area you will encounter Tonberries enough to get them in about a half hour to an hour.
