Thank you, thank you, Lisa! I am encouraging others in the Marriage forum who are struggling with weight issues that affect their marriage to come here and do the same. Posting this journal REALLY affects the choices I make.

April 19:
Breakfast-coffee with half and half and Splenda, 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1/4 cup canned crushed pineapple in 100% natural juice (no sugar added).
Lunch-
Dinner-
Snacks-

Tonight might be another challenge as the family wants to see a movie and I love hot buttered popcorn. I might try to pick up some nuts beforehand.
