Only one form of birth control? Well I suppose Essure has a really low failure rate (o.2% I believe), it's always good to have a back up though. I hear that a lot of people are talking about implanon (norplant) or jadelle instead of sterilization because it has a higher success rate (failure rate 0.05%). Which is pretty exciting to know.
Sorry haven't gotten essure yet, but when/if I do I think I would over tubal litigation. Faster, quicker and a bit mroe effective then a tubal as well.
