So, so sad. I think in the US you get tax incentives for every child born. While it would be of good assistance to help parents with the rising costs of child care, it is too often abused. I am in favor of offering those benefits to the first 2-3 children born and cutting them off after that, so people can't be leeching off the government like "Octo-Mom".
