Hi I had two miscarriages last year, one naturally and for the second I had a D and C. After both miscarriages my period came back 4 weeks to the day almost. I was really suprised but I think it helped a lot to get over the miscarriages. Each time we waited 3 cycles before trying again and I'm now 14 weeks pregnant again. i have heard though of people who've had a miscarriage and got pregnant straight away without having a period and had healthy pregnancies so I wouldn't worry too much. best of luck to you!
