Mine is yoga especially vinyasa yoga. The only issue is it's not the best way to stay lean unless you don't eat much so I either do it at the end of most workout or I practice 1-2 days a week. Lately I've been practicing almost daily. This is probably the reason I've been more relaxed and happy. I don't know what it is about going from plank to low pushup to rockstar that is so fun for me.
