I use
www.Homestead.com. It has a site building program that is pretty easy to use. Don't know if you get much traffic to your site or if you are trying to build traffic but transferring your site to another host will create a "new" site in the search engine's eye so you'll lose the age you have for your site.
However, HS is easy to use and costs me about $19.95 a month for one site. You can add domain names tho for an additional $2 per month if you'd ever want them.
