I hate to be a wet blanket, but...
Oprah has had plenty of opportunity, over the past 20 years, to be vocal about not having children. She just hasn't done it. I could be wrong (I'm only the most occasional viewer of her program), but...yes, she'll talk about how not having kids has allowed her to be a great philanthropist and think about the world's children in general (and massive kudos to her for doing so), but she's never said anything about how it might have benefitted her. I.e., she's never been affirmatively, positively childfree in her public persona (even though she might be in her point of view).
I just don't think she'll change her stripes now. Her audience is primarily comprised of mothers...and she knows it. She is nothing if not a shrewd businesswoman. She doesn't make her money by stirring the s^%t...she's no Jerry Springer! Rather, she likes to cover topics that either make her viewers cry out of sympathy, experience strong anger about others' injustices, or feel absolutely wonderful about themselves --- not question their entire set of life choices!
