~an added note..

when I quit working full time - which was exactly a year ago to date.. I was maybe 20 pounds over weight and thought surely I'd be able to drop those last bit of annoying pounds once I became a stay at home mom eating real food at home rather then the junk that was always at work... boy was I ever wrong!! Since then I have gained over 30 pounds..which added to the 20 that I was already over...so now I'm feeling desperate and determined but at the same time- not nearly as energetic as I would have to be in order to get a seriously beneficial cardio work out that jogging would do for me...

I really hope the walking bit will suffice- at least for now!
