what should people know about nutrition and sport ? I'm a woman and I play soccer since 2 years. How to improve my fitness by changing nutrition ? I train about 10 hours per week (soccer + fitness) and have 1 or 2 matches per week. I think I eat correctly but need nutriotional complements. I only takes vitamines and magnesium. What do you think of carnitine and creatine ? Is it necessary and efficient ?
