http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art11549.asp Drinking juice is NOT a good idea. Juice is in essence sugar water with flavors. Usually the vitamins and fibers of the vegetable fruit are long gone. It's much healthier (except in a very few cases) to eat the raw fruits. Juice tends to givs you a lot of sugar.
Caffeine / coffee is equally bad for you. I wrote about that here -

Most adults are sensitive to lactose in milk, so drinking that as a substitute for water is also not a good idea. Really and truly, you need to be drinking WATER in order to get adequate water into you. That's what nature intended for you to do <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
