What i didnt get from that discussion was WHY it couldnt be used. I only asked if it could be used and how effective it was.

Yes im worried about it hurting but ive wanted it for years so im getting it anyway, the only reason im asking about the cream is because, if i had the option of being able to feel thousands of needles and not feeling them, id choose not to feel them!
