Do you remember them all the time, or sometimes, or never?

I remember my dreams most of the time. If I keep a regular bedtime and am eating healthy I get very strong, near-lucid dreams. When I stress and eat and sleep irregularly, my dreams are harder to recall.

Sometimes. Usually, I remember them if I wake up in the middle of one. I almost always remember at least one dream I had during the night, but not all of them. Anne Fashion Jewelry http://www.bellaonline.com/site/fashionjewelry

I remember my dreams vividly when I first awaken. If I do not write them down, they fade away during the day. I constantly DO write them on a pad I keep by my bedside and use them in my writing!

That's a great idea, Kitty. I do remember the ones I have right before I wake up. This morning I got a call that woke me up, and I remember the dream pretty vividly. I was in a pet shop and brought my three parakeets along to hang out. The pet shop had their parakeets out as well and soon mine were mixed in with theirs. As all of them were hand trained, I couldn't figure out which were mine and which weren't and got very upset. Mine were special! But in with the rest, which were they?
I think I had this dream because I was working on a 'romance in France' book last night and was reading about The Little Prince. He has his one special rose he loves, and goes back to the other roses and says they aren't as nice, because they're not the rose that he cared for and tended to. But what if someone put his rose back in with the rest? How could he tell which was his?
I've always had a really hard time with faces so I think this is something I worry about

I only remeber freams for brief time when they are abnormally interrupted. I remember no dreams at all for the most part, except for the very few that were somehow very special. I know no people who can tell what they were dreaming about last night, unless this was the last dream, when the person was almost awaken. That's normal I guess. The best dreams come in the morning at 6 a.m. or so ... the time I need to get up ... Very unpleasant.

Actually like much in life it just takes practice. It's certainly easiest to remember the last dream - the one you were in when you were interrupted and dragged awake. But I've also had nights, when I really got into dream-recording, that I remembered 5 or 6 dreams of the night.

Inhale Amyl Nitates (poppers) fumes for about 30 seconds before you go to bed and you will have some very lucid and generally wierd dreams and will nearly allways remember them too.

hmmmmm.... I'd recommend sleeping with a little herbal bag of mugwort under your pillow before I'd recommend sniffing poppers without a heart condition.... avoiding caffeine and huge intakes of sugar later in the day and in the evening can also help - Rae

I remember some of my dreams, I keep a diary by my bed and if I remember them in the morning, then I'll write them down. Dreams are fun!
