That's an awesome list? How often do we really schedule time to "relax" and replenish our energy? We should all do it more often!

I take time for prayer and meditation and keeping the house in a lovely state. I feel great when things are neat and uncluttered and of course a relaxing pedicure.

Since I am an arthritic and have done so many theraputic types of things, I am always doing something for my health and not just for me. I recently joined Tai Chi Chuh (it started for my health only), but I am getting so much out of this that it is one hour of meditative rescue for me, and I'm just loving it!

A hot soaking bath with lavendar, crawl into a cozy comforter with pillows all around me and a good book. I am now beginning to do Tai Chi again and practicing some stretching exercises before I begin with beginning yoga. I look forward to that! Also, a good walk with my dog, then a nice cup of herbal tea when I get back home. Once a week I give myself a really good facial with apricot scrub then oil of olay daily renewal.

Somehow, I think I simply need to try to stop being super mommy, super friend, super neighbor, and super everything! And simply resign to make time for myself! So that I may enjoy more than just one hour of Tai Chi Chuh. The lavender soak is the first thing that I think I will do! Thanks!

I love to sit and appreciate beauty. I love the ocean, a park or watching a hummingbird on the flowers.

I also realize I don't do it often enough! I almost feel guilty if I take rejuvenating time for myself. I think it's the "super" person way of thinking that Mary was talking about.

Am I wrong or do men have an easier time craving out relaxing time for themselves?

I recently started getting massages. I love getting facials as well. I feel that its a reward to myself for hard work.

When I am feeling the best about myself and really taking time to focus on me and my own needs I find that taking time to exercise is the key! If I am not exercising, then I have let me as a priority slip to the very end of the list, if I even make the list. But as long as I am taking time to exercise, I feel better and I have my priorities in order and I don't feel guilty!

I read - for fun and self development. I love reading!

I get my hair done once a week and faithfully get it colored once a month - that's something I do for myself. That's my time!
