So.... I have done this before, but sometimes my day was frantic and makes we wake up more LOL!!! I suppose I need to add something to the meditation then to release that, so I feel peace.

Deanna, at first I was going to recommend choose a distracting book, but on second thought, what I keep by my bed since 1975 is "Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramahansa Yogananda. Open to any chapter ...
