Terri,
No. My main focus is still to get rid of my laziness (50% is gone now so its getting there) then I'm making a decision on what I'm going to do ten I'll finish my bedroom and then it's new routine time.
The beach is just in front of my house, I just have to cross the street and I'm there, I don't know why I can't do that especially since I did walk every day from April 6 to July 2.

ive been using a elliptical machine for 5 months now
i was weighed at the doctors office yesterday. down 20 pounds since i started..im thrilled with that.
my shots fit much better..i have to add a notch in my belt again.
way cool.
