Very well put. I've started doing it more at night. It's starting to work better. I can get my mind back on track easier.

Dear Meditators,

Thank you for joining us in our daily world peace cyber group meditation.

Our intentions are for personal and world peace. Meditating together, now or at 8pm your local time, we connect in unity on inner levels, with peaceful results in our world. (I also meditate for 10 minutes at the top of each waking hour.)

I recommend that you set aside your refreshments until after our 10 minute meditation, so that you are not newly digesting, while trying to quiet your body.
