Anyway, I hope you love them as I do 'cos then you will get much pleasure whenever you use them.
For a fiddly but stunning canapé/snack, stuff them with seasoned cream cheese OR a small square of creamy feta OR your version of seasoned yolk of an egg (maybe left over from stuffed eggs?)
They jazz up a pizza and are great chopped into a potato salad (no mayonnaise but vinaigrette).
Tasty stuff!

P S Use the pickling juice as you would to 'zhooge' up green salads etc.
