Some stress is actually good. It keeps us on our toes and responsive, able to cope with any type of situation that is thrust upon us. Stress overload is another thing all together. Stress overload leads to health problems that escalate and damage the body.
I love green tea too. Actually it is a great soother and stress reducer for a lot of people. I drink more green tea in the summer. Add a slice of lemon and honey to taste. Absolutely delicious.
Green tea is good, but these are also some exercise such as try to do deep-breathing, 1 to 2 minutes, relax your mind. Repeat this exercise many time in a day. I think it's very much helpful.
