The pedometer would not work too hard I am afraid (before i stopped walking it would of work a lot).
I am about to stop walking for a while, the short time I won't be walking I will start taking vitamins and calciums again. After that short break I will either start walking (longer walks) or start exercising again before my showers before bed (i will do like i usually do which is pick 1 exercise and do it once the first night then 1 more every nights until another exercise or a break).
During my break of walking I won't post here so you will know that I am not walking anymore. I'm about to take care of some things and I won't have much time anymore not even for short walks. By August 3 if I am not back here saying I walked that means I started exercising again, my last short walk will be on July 1 and August 2 should be my last day without walking or exercising.
My last walks will be short but harder. I want to walk again in the street that is in a mountain, it's an asphalt street but it goes up in a mountain so it is very hard. I have nine days left so I will go farther little by little the first eight days so that during the last walk I can go at the top. Except for the two times I walked there with a neighbor's dog (2 different ones on 2 occasions) I have never walked there without stopping at least once and I want to walk there without stopping. When you do not walk there often about a minute there and your heart is beating like it wants to get out of your body!
I hope you are not having too much back pain! This is the worst pain! I have rarely have had back pain but when I do it has been hell, I preffer migraines to back pain! Good luck with that! And good luck to get back into the exercise rhythm!
